This is a spacious and luxuriously furnished apartment which includes 2 bedrooms, modern bathroom and large kitchen/dining area. It also contains a superb outdoor balcony space for patio/dining with spectacular sea views of Yalikavak bay and further up the northern Bodrum peninsula.

Located within a small hillside complex, the apartment has easy access to a shared series of 3 outdoor pools and sundeck, as well as communal showers and toilets.

There is also a dedicated lift for visitors to reach the higher parts of the complex as well as 24 hour on site maintenance/security for all guests.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Yalikavak is on the south west coast of Turkey on the northern side of the Bodrum Peninsula where the Aegean and Mediterranean seas meet, it sits overlooking a large curving bay backed by wooded hills and a pretty fishing village that has not lost its tranquil atmosphere. The main beach is just outside Yalikavak to the north and appears to stretch for miles, the water is clean and clear and most of the main bays have Blue Flag status.

The village is neat and very tidy and has a good selection of local shops and facilities. Yalikavak impresses with its combination of alluring charm and sense of contemporary style.

The Bodrum / Yalikavak area

Must see places Local bazar every Thursday, Dedeman Aquapark and Bodrum Castle, Local Activities, Tennis, Golf, Water sports, Horse ridin, Fishing trips, Kids playground, Sightseeing tours, Nightlife. A Tesco supermarket is only Fifteen minutes drive away. Yalikavak has some of the best fish restaurants on the peninsula along with local supermarkets. Shop at the local leather or lace shops for great bargains.

How to get there

To reach the properties from Bodrum Milas Airport on exiting the airport turn right drive towards Bodrum for 20 kms turn right at the sign for Yalikavak and it is aprox 17 kms to the apartments.

Cheap flights are available from the UK, Ireland and Europe, flight time from UK is aprox 3.5 hrs and most carriers fly directly to Bodrum Milas Airport from all the major Uk and Irish airports.

For people renting our properties we can arrange their transfer to and from Milas Airport also car hire if required.
