This development is located in the beautiful natural environment that is Giris, on the western shores of Yalikavak, which is a thriving tourism town popular with the yachting fraternity.The site is located in a lush green valley dotted with olive trees, set between small mountains and the mythical blue of the Aegean Sea. The complex is within easy access of local facilities, such as local transport, restaurants, nightlife, and the wonderful attractions that are associated with the Yalikavak experience. Blue Bay Apartments are set in a valley that could be the heart of rural Turkey, surrounded by mandarin and olive groves.

The Blue Bay Apartment site is terraced on a gentle slope located in the valley 200 metres from the sea. The site is elevated and terraced affording the residents a variety of sea views depending on the position within the complex.

Yalikavak is on the south west coast of Turkey on the northern side of the Bodrum Peninsula where the Aegean and Mediterranean seas meet, it sits overlooking a large curving bay backed by wooded hills and a pretty fishing village that has not lost its tranquil atmosphere. The main beach is just outside Yalikavak to the north and appears to stretch for miles, the water is clean and clear and most of the main bays have Blue Flag status.
The village is neat and very tidy and has a good selection of local shops and facilities.
Yalikavak impresses with its combination of alluring charm and sense of contemporary style.

How to get there

To reach the properties from Bodrum Milas Airport on exiting the airport turn right drive towards Bodrum for 20 kms turn right at the sign for Yalikavak and it is aprox 17 kms to the apartments.
Cheap flights are available from the UK, Ireland and Europe, flight time from UK is aprox 3.5 hrs and most carriers fly directly to Bodrum Milas Airport from all the major Uk and Irish airports.
For people renting our properties we can arrange their transfer to and from Milas Airport also car hire if required.

This is an ideal setting for your sun holiday. The apartment is only 200 metres from the sea with Two Jetties and a coffee bar Beach chairs and Umbrellas provided by the local council.

A booking deposit 25% of the rental is due with return of the signed contract; the remaining balance is payable eight weeks prior to the letting, bank account details will be supplied for the payments.
